10/27: Jokes

Some days when Ah’m safe inside mah comfy home, nappin on mah yelloh chair with Bun Bun the Bunny, Ah dream about mah friend, Slinky. Ah wonder how Slinky is and if he ever misses meh.

On those days when Ah'm safe inside mah comfy home, daydreaming about the adventures Slinky and Ah had, Ah get eager to learn more about the world. Ah ask Bun Bun “Do you think the outside ceiling is blue today?” Bun Bun’s silence assures meh Ah must find out for mahself!

On a recent adventure, Lé Toots was relaxing in the ferns so I asked her the same question. She said “It is called ze sky, you fool. And it is always bloo.”

The Sky! And it never changes colors! Toots is mah smart sissy. She can even count past ten.

To build my excitement, not only was this sky ceiling a happy blue sky, but Ah met a new friend! At first Ah thought it was Slinky. Ah picked him up and hugged and hugged him but something tasted a bit different.

Ah soon realized that this wasn’t Slinky but someone even better - another friend! Ah like friends because they are friendly. My new friend’s name is Luckey and she actually talked with meh, instead of falling asleep like Slinky used to.

Ah taught Luckey how to poop in a box. Luckey taught meh about the sky’s molecular air particles scattering blue light more than red. I taught Luckey about sticks. Luckey taught meh how to engage my quadriceps to dash more quicker and more faster. I taught Luckey about the importance of wearing safety vests to stay safe when in the Great Outdoors and she told meh Ah tell funny jokes.

Ah can’t wait to tell Bun Bun about the sky’s macaroni air pickles and mah funny joke! If only I could remember what the joke was. For Ah’m Beans and Ah make lizards laugh.
