Walcome,

One day while searching for Lizzy or Slinky, Ah couldn't help but be distracted by the all the big things around me. The macaroni air parcipickles were extra blue that day and mah thick fluff felt super invigorated.

From the safety of the ground Ah've watched mah sissy climb to many heights - the grand pine tree, Fireroot, and the encompassing live oak, Treebeard. She has even walked along the tippy top of the house! Feeling warm and strong, Ah decided today, Ah will climb too.

Thankfully as Ah was pondering where to start, Lé Toots was finishing one of her patrols and offered a suggestion. "You are a fool. Kittens can only climb Oaktwig."

ree

Oaktwig! Oaktwig was just right! Ah approached Oaktwig, introduced mahself as its next Conqueror and then full of fear Ah began to climb. Ah reached and stretched, Ah clawed and tugged. Ah could feel Oaktwig's flesh between mah nails. Ah felt powerful, but also a little worried Ah was hurting Oaktwig.

Oaktwig seemed never ending. Ah had to be nearing the top. With a tight hold, Ah bravely looked over mah shoulder. No, the ground was right there.

Ah was becoming tired, should Ah turn back? Feeling Lé Toots' gaze, Ah knew Ah needed to push on at least to the closest branch. With all Ah had in me Ah burst forward without thinking and before Ah knew it, Ah had done it! Ah was Franklin Beans the First, the Conqueror! Perched atop Oaktwig with a light, warm breeze ruffling mah fur and drying the sweat from mah brow, Ah was a new born kitten. Ah glowed with possibility.

ree

On to the next adventure! Well, but, uhm. Hey Toots! How do Ah get down?

ree

Hae a guid day,

Beans
