Salud,
What does it mean to arrive somewhere? Is it only related to accomplishing a form of physical travel? Or, perhaps something less tangible?
I've arrived many places throughout my time on planet Earth. But, our most recent arrival is different.

No, this arrival is one of genuine finality and of true comfort. This Winter's journey has been long but my brilliant leadership has led us all to our new Home.

Countless adventures await us on this Northern horizon. Even at my wise age, I revel in ze thought of digging my claws into ze new flora and sinking my teeth into ze juicy fauna:
Spruce Trees and Dragonflies and Norway Pines and Goldfinches and . . .

I hear squeaking coming from behind ze door . . . Beans interrupted my revelry. Small matter.
We've been taking exploration shifts and, it would seem, he thinks it is already his turn.

Although I appreciate his excitement and willingness to explore, there is no urgency to rule these lands. Our conquering, of course, shall happen in due time.
I must stay focused on ze task at hand: Napping.

Now, yes, this is ze true meaning of arrival. We have indeed arrived Home.
Au revoir,
Lé Toots
