7/23: Politeness

Walcome,
There are unfortunate days when Red Beard is unable to let meh roam the backyard in mah harness. Such is mah life as an indoor harness-walkable feline. When Ah'm home alone, Ah'm often allowed to stay on the back porch and take many a summer nap.

Other times, when Red Beard is home but too busy, Ah enjoy politely badgering him. For example, one of mah favorite hobbies are climbing on his bookshelf and playing in his recycling box. Books falls and papers gets disarrays but such items can always be righted. Ah uphold the proper philosophy of asking for forgiveness rather than asking for approval.

However, when my pestering motives fail and the flying mouse on the stick ceases to entertain, Ah do tend to get bored. Days are even duller when Ah can't even stay on the porch. Ah dramatically feel like Ah'm just a haggis-filled food vessel living between breakfasts and dinners times.

Guid thing I have more patience than Lé Toots though. She gets awfully feisty when locked inside in which I tend to get slapped during such encounters. Oh dear sissy, backyard walks are a privilege not a right. I am currently trying to earn mahn by being guid.
Hae a guid day,
Beans
